Because there are some days when I just feel at the lowest of my low....I lost one of my best friends about a year ago (due to a g/f), I go to college and don't know anybody there, and while I have a new g/f and relationship, I feel like it can be hard to maintain and stay focused. Ugh.

Bro
You are young. Life takes time to understand....so cut yourself some slack.
People grow and mature at different levels and you sound like a young man with confidence issues. We all experience highs and lows through out our lives. You are not alone.
I personally have found friendships to be overrated, be true to yourself and follow your heart and life will work itself out.

Im guessing u just entered colledge? dont worry about it. As time goes by, u'll find people with similar interests that u can actually click with. All u have to do is be yourself. People would love u for just that.

A new gf & relationship is a fresh start. Dont let the past cloud ur mind. U can stay strong by having a more positive outlook on life. The grass is always greener on the other side.

Have more confidence in yourself. Take up things u have an interest in. Remember, we make our own happiness :) Forget about things u cant do anything about, solve things that u can :)

I think the best way to do that is a relationship with God. I know for me if I'm feeling down I go to God's word and find out what He says about me and who I am in Christ. Prayer is also a great way to keep your head up. Also, surround yourself with people that will uplift you and encourage you. Sometimes going out of your way to help someone else will also lift your spirits.

Praying to God/Jesus helps me to keep my head up and to stay strong. Other's my disagree with me but this is what I do and this is what helps me. And reading the Holy Bible also helps me as well.

You just do. That old saying 'This too shall pass' is a good one.
