For my script class we have to consider our intersts and use our interest along with the play that goes along with it to right a paper. For example if i love food and cooking I would use The Importance of Being earnest in my paper and refer to that since in that scripts theres alot of issues dealing with food in it.? So whats a good and easy play that has like a good topic in it to right about.? Sorry if my questions confusing.

Well for a research paper Arcadia by Tom Stoppard is very interesting. It is about two different stories occuring in the same place, but in different centuries. The items used in each act keep building up and overlapping. It really has nothing to do with your intrest in food though so I don't know how much it would help you.

Yes, quite frankly, it is (confusing, that is).

However, I'll cut to the choice, and give my answer to the headline question. An old favorite: Hamlet.

Reasons for selection:
1. You're bound to find something or a lot of things that you're interested in in this play. For example, "play doctoring," which should be a skill you're trying to acquire. How does Hamlet try to improve the hackneyed play tht will be performed by the traveling actors and instruct them to modify it to suit his purpose.
2. The play is a good one to write a research paper because there are tons of material on all aspects of the play, from classical criticism to character studies to how to stage and perform it. Plus there's lots of video available of different styles of performance.
3. There is the intrinsic interest of a play. It's a classical melodrama that rises to high dramatic art yet maintains its interest since it is rooted in problems of life and chacter, and the riddle of trying really to understand what's happening around you and the conseuences of perception (and misperception).
4. As a straight mystery, it's prototypical of a lot that we see both in high art and in nightly TV drama.
5. The play has lasted for 400 years and each time it is performed, or read, it shows another facet of its attraction. How did Shakespeare do it to create a play like this that can still hold an audience?

You didn't say what your interests are, so it is hard to answer your question, since your assignment asks you to consider your own interests.
If you are interested in world peace, read "The Mouse that Roared".
It is a short, timeless play. Interested in gender politics, read Lysistrata. It is about women withholding sex to get their men to stop war.

That all depends on your interests. What are you interested in? If all else fails, you can always find a Shakespeare play that can fit almost any situation.
