Sodium nitrate

NaOH (aq) + HNO3 (aq) --> NaNO3 (aq) + H2O (l)

Potassium chloride

KOH (aq) + HCl (aq) --> KCl (aq) + H2O (l)

Barium sulfate

Ba(OH)2 (aq) + H2SO4 (aq) --> BaSO4 (aq) + 2 H2O (l)

sodium nitrate - NaNO3 is produced from the strong acid nitric acid - HNO3 & the strong base sodium hydroxide NaOH
HNO3 + NaOH ---> NaNO3 + H2O

potassium chloride - KCl is produced from the strong acid hydrochloric acid - HCl & the strong base potassium hydroxide KOH
HCl + KOH ----> KCl + H2O

barium sulfate - BaSO4 is produced from the strong diprotic acid sulfuric acid - H2SO4 & the strong base barium hydroxide BaOH
H2SO4 + BaOH ----> BaSO4 + H2O

all reactions of strong acids and/or strong bases react 100%, that is the ions dissociate completely in solution. water is always a byproduct of a reaction between a strong acid and strong base.

These are balanced equations; not simplified to net ionic equations.
HNO3 + NaOH -> H2O + NaNO3

HCL + KOH -> H2O + KCL

H2SO4 + Ba(OH)2 -> 2H2O + BaSO4
