I want to get a sidekick(one, two, or three) cell phone off of eBay because I need one for work but work will not pay for it but I need for close to nothing. Like $5 so I am going to eBay. I have cingular and I need to convert it to cingular service from t-mobile. Can I convert this phone to a cingular phone and still have all the features it offers?

The sidekick cell phone is the only phone for T-Mobile network. However if you want to use the sidekick cell phone on Cingular then you would have to buy that cell phone and make sure that it is unlock.

However if you decide to buy a unlock cell phone Sidekick there is no guarantee that all the features and bells will work on Cingular network. I know for sure that if you have a unlock phone like the Sidekick you can receive incoming call and make outgoing calls on that phone but the wireless internet setting needs to be re-programmed using Cingular Network.

If you get it full unlocked everything such as AIM, E-mail, Web, etc will all work. I have a brand new one for $250. Its is already fully unlocked so it will work on Cingular!!
