i had morning sickness for allllll 9 months, morning noon and night. it really really really sucks!!!!! so i completely know what you are talking about. everyone is different with what helps, mine, mac and chesse and dr. pepper. odd but true. my doctor told me to try anything with ginger. ginger snaps, ginger ale, you can also buy ginger candy from some stores that is pretty much ginger root (supposed to help a LOT). also try bland foods. toast, crackers. i did find out too that if i waited until i was hungry to eat, it made it worse. so eat 4-6 small meals a day, or lil snacks. NEVER let your stomach be empty, will cause it to be worse, trust me.
i was in and out of the hosptial for dehydration from being so sick, so try things like gatoraide to avoid that, or poweraid. sometimes koolaid will stay down better so you can try that as well. remember to drink plenty of fluids, because being dehydrated is REALLY bad while pregnant (would hate for you to have to be in the hospital like i was, all the IVs and everything REALLY sucked!!!).
a lot of woman get rid of it after the first trimester, which is coming up for you!!! so hopefully it will go away within a few weeks. your at the point now when its supposedly the worst, even tho it was bad all 40 weeks for me lol. but if you loose a lot of weight like i did, your doc might look into perscribing some pills to help with the nasea.
dont worry, as much as this sucks, they also say that for some odd reason, if you are really sick throughout your pregnancy its good for the baby, and the baby will be healthy. worked for me, had beautiful twins, and my cousin who was extremely sick like me and had a very healthy girl. everyone says that they are the best babies they have ever seen!! if that helps at all.
good luck and congrats!!!

ti was pregnant for 38 weeks with twins, and i had morning sickness TERRIBLE for the first 3 months. The only piece of advice i ever tried that helped even a little was not to get out of bed too fast in tha morning. Keep a box of cereal next to your bed-multigrain cheerios worked well for me-when you wake up just lay in bed for a bit, get a handful of dry cereal & just nibble at it while you're in bed. then slowley get up. however, like i said, it only helped a little. plus, carrying twins, there wasn't much room in there, so i had the major heart burn factor too. But here's what really worked for me. when i was about 2 & a half months a long it was around christmas time, so there were candy canes everywhere. i sucked on one for a while one day & i felt tons better. so until i had no more morning sickness, i lived on candy canes. peppermint has been known for centuries as a somach settler. and just a tip-if you're taking prenatal vitamins(you most likely are) make sure you don't take them on an empty stomach. that'll make you really nauseaus! good luck!!

i became into so in the comparable boat!!! I easily have trouble using in the motor vehicle while i'm no longer pregnant... and now that i'm pregnant, even however i'm in the 2nd trimester, i'm no longer able to trip with absolutely everyone and nonetheless sense nauseous whether i force :(. attempt a million/2 a primary power unisom with 25mg of b6 30 minutes till now a vehicle-trip. If this would not help ask you dr for a prescription of phenegen, its a exceptional drug! yet you are able to no longer force on a similar time as taking it, you would be fairly sleepy, i opt for to propose a million/2 of a 25mg pill 40 5 minutes till now a vehicle trip, and take the subsequent dose approximately 30 minutes earlier to the subsequent scheduled time in case you dr authorized. which potential, if its each and every 6 hours like mine... take it each and every 5.5 hours, and additionally you do not have a lapse the place you're sick which could create a viscous cycle! If this drugs would not artwork for you, the subsequent ingredient to objective is Zofran or the two drugs mixed- in case you dr approves!!!! that's regrettably what i had to try this being pregnant to pass everywhere exterior my homestead, a small dose of each and every drugs mixed helped me get to/with the aid of/from the food market.... yet i certainly wasn't going out to any eating places and nonetheless at 14 weeks i'm having trouble ingesting a great form of ingredients!

the two things that helped me the most during this pregnancy were plain egg noodles with a little salt, and also SMALL sips of soda. Coke or Ginger Ale. Everybody says saltines, but I couldn't choke them down!
during my first pregnancy nothing really helped except waiting to eat until around ten in the morning, and then only eating a couple of bites.
This too shall pass. :)

Your doctor can prescribe you some meds...they are just a mix of specific vitamins like B12 ( i think ) and something else. Perfectly safe for pregnancy. I've had to take them through both of my pregnancies...thank goodness they exsisted or I don't think I would have made it!
Another remedy that I've heard, but have yet to try is eating very small bites of banana through out the day. Apparently that will help with morning sickness.
Hope this helps

Along with the suggestions of ginger ale, saltines, and others (my favorite was anything lemon...lemon scented and lemon flavored were terrific for me, I had morning sickness all day and night with all of my pregnancies), you can try Sea Bands. Pick them up at most any drugstore--you wear them on your wrists. Something to do with pressure points, I believe. They helped me a little.

Unfortunately there ain't nothing you can do. But I read in American Baby yesterday, even though it sucks, studies show those who get morning sickness have a less likely chance of miscarriage.
