I have to write a paper for an accounting class.. And I need some help....?

I'm doing a paper on the sales tax differences in three different states. I know what I'm going to write about for each one and then I'm going to say their similarities, but I have NO clue what to write for an introduction or conclusion...

Please help me!!!!

I would start by saying that there are different forms of sales tax and that they are as follows, gross receipts, sales, etc. but that they all have the same basic premise. Give just a brief description of each type at this point, but allude to the fact that you will be giving an example of each (hopefully)

Conclude by reviewing their similarities and differences.
