I don't have an actual photograph of this picture. I will describe the best I can. Its a digitally manipulated photo of a beautiful young blond woman standing naked with her back to us. She is covered with a skin disorder, only on her back. We can see her face as she turns her head slightly and it is very pretty without any skin problem. Please tell me what you think it means.

Depends on what level you want it interpreted at. 1. a beautiful woman w/ a skin condition. 2. same as 1, but she can hide her secret. 3. same as 2, but she is choosing to expose it to the artist, suggesting intimacy.

A lot of young women are abusing their bodies for beauty.

I think she had a choice; Fix the front or the back. She chose to believe that first impressions are the most important. And so, wanted you to remember her by the only thing she was wearing; her smile.
