It was Nixon.
Both Clinton, and Andrew Johnson, were impeached by the house, but aquitted by the senate. Nixon resigned when he realized that he was about to be impeached.

Two presidents were impeached, none convicted. Tricky Dick Nixon was the one who resigned. I saw the whole thing on the tube. Only one president has commited crimes worthy of impeachment and conviction.

Only Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton have ever been impeached, and both of them finished their terms.
Nixon was not impeached, although it is likely he would have faced impeachment, instead he resigned due to the Watergate scandal.

Richard Nixon
The only presidents impeached were:
Andrew Johnson, 1868. Conviction failed by one vote.
William J. Clinton. 1998. Conviction failed on a vote of 53-46.
