Mg+2 (aq) + (SO4)-2 (aq) + 2 Na+ (aq) + (CO3)-2 (aq) -->
MgCO3 (s) + 2 Na+ (aq) + (SO4)-2 (aq)

Not all of the MgCO3 will be as a solid, but only 10.6 mg will dissolve in 100 mL of water at room temperature.
