Get away from real life for awhile. Read a fictional book, or play some computer games to occupy your mind for awhile. Just take a break from real life for awhile with something you enjoy doing.

Soft music as you're going to bed--try Diana Krall, her most recent album or turn off all ights, tv, etc. and try some breathing exercises. You may want to also try Yoga and/or meditation--awesome ways to relax.
