Will a gtx 8800 graphics work in this?

Hi I wanted to know if a gtx 8800 graphics card will work in my PCI Express x16. Can any one tell me please?

If the GTX 8800 you get is a PCI express card, it should work. Look at the wattage requirements, because your power supply might not support it.
