Sting said that he won't come to the WWE because he doesn't want to work for Vince McMahon. He said if McMahon wasn't the chairman he would have no problem working for the WWE.

So then, why is he in TNA? Basically, he flies to Orlando one weekend a month and films whatever shows are booked, then he returns home again. With the WWE, he'd be working whatever tv show he was on plus several different house shows all over the country, which wouldn't allow him to return home as often or for as long as with TNA.

Sting won't work for Vince McMahon. Its my understanding he doesn't like him or his business practices. Ive also heard that Sting wont work for Vince due to some moral objections of WWE content.
