Hi, good question.

Coming from australia, BBQ's are a way of life and a daily occurence. Aussies eat a LOT of meat, theres is even an ad campaign to eat red meat 4 times a week or more. And being english i know back in UK the advice is only once.

I often put on BBQ any of the following depending on supply.

Kangaroo, Wild Goat, Wild Boar and emu, even loads of fish such as, silver bream, baby barramundi, baby calamaris and even crocodile and shark.

But in answer to your question it would have to be kangaroo and springbok i last sampled in South Africa, divine!

So a Springaroo or kangabok

A millipede and a Turkey, I love turkey drumsticks, although maybe it would be hard for the butcher to catch.

A pig and a chicken. Pig is my favorite deceased animal. Chicken is my second. Wow, what a wonderful magical animal this would be.
