They're not afraid of Castro. They LOVE the guy! Who else can they waste so much of our time & tax money on in the world- & get away with it without having to account for their actions??! It's SOOO much easier to warn us about Castro- than to fix Social Security, or tell us about how much the war in Iraq is costing us, or to do something about immigration... & so on. Castro is the best little "smoke screen" our presidents have ever had...-& that's why Sadam is gone & Castro lives on. :)

Because like it or not, the man has some serious clout with our neighbors. We could probably take Cuba in a instant in a conventional war, but the repercussions would be disastrous.

Name a president that is (or was) afraid of Castro. Ignoring him is not an act of cowardice.

How delusional. Castro's a coward. He imprisons journalist, executes political dissidents, holds on to an eco nomic system that cheats his people just for political power. You need Psyciatric
