Not sure if it's a constitutional right so correct me if it's not.

But I'd say the right to own guns, or whatever it is.

The rate of deaths and injuries cause by guns increases dramatically in areas where the people own guns. It decreases to almost nothing in places where there are very heavy restrictions on who can own guns and what type can be owned. This seems like an obvious fact, and yet people still seem to think they're safer if they have a gun hidden in their house to protect against any intruders, even though most injuries and deaths are caused by these guns kept for safety.

Ummm yeah it is .. its the 2nd amendment .. and it doesnt get over used . we as a free people have the right to keep and bare arms .. unarmed citizen are subjects . and if guns cause deaths then pencils cause mispelling .. On that note . Ide say the 5th amendment ... free speech does not get used enough lol.....The men who wrote that document had just went through a awful tirany . they more than anyone knew as Thomas jefferson said " absolute power absolutly corrupts " the second amendment is there to protect us from what they had went thru .

freedom of speech they scream it but don't realize that it actually DOES have limitations. They should really check that part of the amendment out and think before talking
