When are people like david c going to leave me alone about my English writing, I write how I feel and dont want any poncy little man telling me what to do. If I wish to start a sentence with a small letter I will do. I thought this was a relaxed fun site but not with people like that it isnt. They havent even got the guts to show an e mail address. Can anyone tell me why.

It will probably continue for as long as you use improper English because some people are sticklers.
I don't think it's right for them to do that to everyone. If they can at least understand the questions, I don't see the need. Personally, I don't point out other people's grammar mistakes unless they ask hateful questions or give hateful answers.

Some people are just sticklers for perfection. Good english and spelling is very important, and some of the younger generation are losing this ability. It is up to you how you start a sentence. This can be a relaxed and fun site, however, there will always be some who get a kick out of putting a cat amongst the pigeons. This is a fact found in real life. In my opinion, I don't think that it is a case of having guts to show an email address; it is most probably more of a security and privacy issue. Ignore those who tend to offend you, and bear in mind the following quote for future reference: 'The people that matter don't mind, and the people that mind don't matter!'

I have to agree with writing how you feel. Sometimes people's spelling and grammer can get in the way of them making any sense, but I have read a few of your questions and I can get the general picture. The best advice I can give you is to keep on going the way you are. It is nice to see someone post questions from the heart, not trying to put anyone down or cause any distress - just to have fun!

Dont let them get to ya mrs,youve done your good deed for the day destressing a stranger,and strangers only become more important than that if you make them your friends which isnt the case,like any advise on here its just advise.You take from it and make your own desisions, so dont let this have any effect on your day or your mood hun youre gorgeous!

really who cares if you do not use the shift button

I love english, and our language, but im not fussed about capitals etc on here that much!! as long as peeps can understand what others are trying to say, it doesnt matter really. we're here to share opinions, not mark each others grammar, or send harsh comments to other users!!
