I'm an older adult and have a crossed eye(had eye surgery on left as a youngster but never had other eye done).I have the chance to have my right eye corrected at a place I feel confortable with and for amount I believe I can afford(have no insurance for this),but am still a bit afraid ,afterall this is SURGERY. What do you think?

I don't wear glasses but the crossed eye is near sighted.

It is straight forward surgery and I think you will be very happy with it. I'd go for it if I were you.

Check with a eye doctor. If you wear glasses also ask him if he can give you 20/20, If not after your surgey. Check with a lasik surgeon. 15 minutes per eye.
