Girls need direct stimulation to the clitoris or the G-spot and they don't get this most of the time during sex. Also many women do not orgasm via intercourse plain and simple. This means you need to take more time with foreplay and then try to be sure you help stimulate her clitoris during sex. If she doesn't orgasm then you need to either manually help her orgasm or orally help her orgasm.

because male orgasm is biologically necessary, female orgasm is not. it is not the same for everyone, but in general, male orgasm is easier to achieve than female, because it is necessary for procreation.

our "G" spot is harder to reach... for men its right out there on the tip.
