Then slowly get back on track. Go get a lawyer or find out what you can do. For the while being do what you gotta do to get a job, like part time school. Or if you can't wait then fid someone you can stay with. But get everything together, You don't need you husband to give you anything. Talk to a lawyer about your possibilities. But whatever you do, do not just suddenly leave without getting yourself together. You might lose more than a husband.

Since there are two sides to every story and you can't tell it all on here, you need professional help. Go talk to an attorney and find out what your rights are. You are going to have to make some decisions. I would not leave the house if I had 3 kids.
The most important thing here is not to forget the kids. You are upset and feeling the lowest you have in your entire life and you have to act like nothing is wrong because of the kids. Please do not fight in front of them. It is not their fault.
Sit down and make some notes. Talk to your husband and find out what his plans are. You need to talk before you see an attorney so you have some idea where your husband is on all this. This just happened, you need to pin him down on his intentions. You need to know so you can create a plan of action for you and the kids.

Your husband is mentally abusing you. He's trying to drive you out so he doesn't have to pay you alimony. If you leave then it was voluntary and he can get out of that part of a divorce settlement.
He's not violent is he? If he is, you need to seek professional help right away.
You need to talk to your preacher, a counselor....Someone that can guide you through this. I would hate that your marriage end, so I would first try to figure out what his problem is. Is he cheating on you? Did he find someone else? There has to be a reason for the hateful behavior.
You need more than Yahoo Answers. This is your life. Seek professional advice from a preacher or counselor. This is your life not something you want opinions about. Everyone in this forum is just an average joe blow like you. Get help from someone that can really help you.
I'll pray that things turn out for the best.

Document everything, sue for divorce, go for the juglar and demand your rightful share of the community assets, full child support (the max) for all the kids as well as spousal support sufficient for you to learn a trade so that you can be self-supporting and contribute your share of child support.
Do NOT stay with him and let him call the shots - get help, get out from under his control, sue for the house and go after him. He's the father (I presume) and he has a financial obligation to the children and to ensure that they have a secure home in which to grow up.

Do not give the rest of your precious days here on earth away to this man. He sounds like a jerk. I am sure it would be difficult on your own, but isn't it better than someone constantly putting you down? Do it for the kids so they will one day realize what a strong woman you are. Good luck finding your way. Peace and Happiness!+

Divorce! I don't know what you have, but I'd take him for everything he has....drag him through the mud! You are doing yourself an injustice staying with this man. The main concern should be your children in all of this mess. I wish you the best.
