I have to come up with a poem about high school for english class. It needs one simile, one metaphor, and one personification. it needs 7-10 lines. I need help with the simile. I'm thinking of comparing high school with a roller coaster ride. xD but it's hard. I suck at poetry. I can't express my feelings. ='[ any help would be appreciated.

What about comparing it to manic-depressive disorder or being bi-polar.... most teens are and these are dramatic ups and downs that teens "perceive" as happening to them in the daily drama of their high school lives.

What is a High School?
Is it a home or business?
In seeing all that goes on at high school each day,
Teachers and students might learn just how to play.
Today the Principal might think that all is right,
But he/she couldn't be more wrong
Like in Iraq when we fight.
