You Bet it will. Weight lifting burns a large amount of calories and those compound movements (lifts that involve many muscles) are going to give u the biggest bang for your money. U can't focus on just burning fat on your abs. U have to burn it all over your body and those exercises will help. Send me and email if u need more help.

It can help but may not be the best thing to do to loose stomach fat. It will burn a ton of calories tho. Do a lot of cardio stuff like eliptical machine or treadmill or a stationary bike. Also do a lot of different abdominal workouts. Sit ups, ab machines, sit ups on a decline bench with weights, leg raises even push ups help a lot.

Those exercises are great! Also try 30 minutes of aerobic activity and try some sit ups with a 5-10 pound weight.

The only time I ever managed to loose weight was when I was weight lifting. It burns a lot of calories.

will help a little bit. If you really want to burn fat and tone up the abs take some pilates classes. Man, pilates rocks big time.
