When I turn, I have too much power. I can come out of double and triple turns easily, because I have the right power for them. But when I do single turns, I have too much power and end up wobbling off or coming out un-controllably.

as youve said youve obviously got too much force, but have you thought about whats causing the force. im guessing that its an arm problem. to get a full double or triple turn you need your arms to pull you around but with a single its just the snatch of the foot and your uplift thats realy getting you around. try in your single to get your retire' to face the complete front at the beginning and the end. that way you're using your force to get the position. this should cause you to slow down and be able to land properly.
good luck hope you get it!!!

An arm problem most likely. However, it may also be that you aren't centering over your support leg. Do you have the problem with both ed dedans AND en dehors? Watch your body placement.

relax while you do them...take a really deep breath in and breath out while you land...also dont whip your arms around to much just place them and use just your spot to get you around
