what kind of tanning lotion can i use to get a tan but & protect my skin from rays from indoor/outdoor tanning

A self tanning lotion. I use St. Tropez mousse. Definately get the mousse, because the lotion is too dark. Anyways it leaves you totally streak free and doesn't look orange at all. People always think I just got back from vacation!!
It is a little pricey, so i just buy it on ebay. But you can buy it at bath and body, and it does last a long time.
