Uhm let's see...you seem to want to stick with the classic designer brands, but for men's sunglasses I tend to prefer Ray-Bans or Oakleys. These companies make sleek fashionable but not overly dressy and above all dependable black-framed sunglasses. If you've got to go designer, buy Prada. Prada has an excellent sense of men's style in general as well as women's, better than most designer brands. I'd also suggest Armani.

It depends on you. The best thing to do is go to one of the larger 99 cent stores (whatever they are called where you live) and choose the best looking glasses you can find. All sunglasses have been manufactured to meet minimum UV protection for some time, even the $1 ones. There is no significant difference between the 'name' eye wear and the $1 eye wear. The were probably made in the same factory. Just buy what looks good. Get several, they're cheap.
