I usually confront them, even if it's my boss. I just do it in a positive way, trying not to be aggressive or accusing. I would rather get the situation taken care of, rather than letting it dwell & build up.

Shoot no.. I just say it like it is to their face.. No use in pussyfooting the issue. Just let them have it. Why Not? You have a mind so just use it and if it comes to telling the truth just let the chips fall. What's the need in dealing with their crap and you know good and well that it needs to stop. So why not you?

I never make fun of people behind their back! I just let it slide. UNLESS.... its really fricken annoying, then I say something in a well mannered polite way... usually!

If I can, I talk it over with them. Last week, I told someone much higher ranking at work that I refused to take the blame for what they choose not to do. He didn't speak to me for a week and that was my consequence----actually a relief.

I am very outspoken , so I would say that I confront them... I dont talk behind poeples back and I would hope that knowone would about me too~!

I tell them most the time the other times I just keep it to my self...I hate being passive but it keeps me out of trouble and I just want to be happy so they can say or do what they want I don't need them!

I have never had a problem letting people know how I feel about them. Life is too short to be nice to everyone.
