When i was 4 years old I had a dream of myself flying out of my body and flying around my room i have learned what it is called when i do this.
I did a couple of times and still do it till this day, Around my 3rd time I was flying around my room then i noticed a white cat floating downward into my body very slow. I froze and as soon as it entered into my body i woke up and felt safe. And still wonder till this day what it was.
Can anyone help me?

this is called astral projection, and when you are in astral projection you can see other astral objects or astral entities, astral projection is told to be dangerous because of this entities who can try to enter to your body and then you can also enter to your body but not entirely or yes but they also have moments of Dominion of your body they posses you, this entities can present them selves on many forms, so this cat you saw could be one of those or can also be the projection of your guardian spirit, in Santeria when you see the spirit that protects you, you always see it like an animal so this can also be another answer, i hope this can help you

An angel represents an individuals higher self, the inner voice heeded, also represents, spiritual messages may come to reveal angelic qualities that are associated with someone the dreamer knows. And a cat pertains to ones type of Independence. so it could mean that the Angel gave you a gift of some kind of Independence.

all things free from this world make little sense to our materialistic minds, yet we still comprehend them in some way or another. your body feels safe because your able to be yourself for a slight second. You also said there was a cat, the cat may symbolize your soul returning to your body therefore you waking up. If the same dream happens constantly, it means your missing the message its like an echo effect constantly coming back to you until you catch it.
