Banning contact activities like tag in school? Using purple pens instead of red pens because red pens cause too much stress for kids? Expecting men to understand women?
These are all symptoms of the feminization of America. Women get into relationships with high expectations that they can "tame the lion" or have a perfect relationship just because they read a book about it from some neo-feminist single author. When their expectations aren't met, they get mad and blame the male for not fulfilling their needs. The guy has no idea what the hell that means, because he never was meant to understand what that means.
In a simpler time, "girls were girls and men were men" and there was no ambiguity of role. Often times men cannot provide, and women can take over which is fine. But women still can't expect men to act like them. This is not some sort of social racism. It's biology. Men are dumb oafs. I'm a guy , so I know it.
Nowadays, they shave their goddamn hairy chests because they look "hotter" for the girls, but not because they think they actually have a stronger sense of their self worth or personal esteem.
Society today is growing more and more to meet the demands of the woman. Touchy feely, rip off your balls, not allowed to act mean or agressive bullshit. Be done with it!

There are some things that a male could learn from a woman and vice versa. But men and women are different for a reason. When we come to together it's like fitting together that friendship locket all the girls had when I was young.
A man and woman makes a whole. They bring qualities and characteristics to the table to form a complete being.
It irritates me to be around a male or female that try to emulate the opposite sex. I can't stand to see a boy/man squeamish over bugs. Or a female chopping her hair off wearing muscle shirts with tatoos trying to project masculinity.
Women don't respect a man that's too soft, girly, vane, or prissy. They appreciate a little warmth, understanding, and compassion. But please don't take over the bathroom grooming yourself too much. Don't be afraid to sweat a little or get your hands dirty. Please know something about a car's engine, how to use some tools, and a general knowledge of household maintenance. Don't be overly interested in sports but atleast know how to play one or two.

I can say this:
The men of today REALLY REALLY need to get in touch with their feminine side. As far as yin and yang are concerned - we need guys to find more yang. This has got to happen because too much of the male energy in anyone is not good (male or female). I think that females have an easier time accessing their inner male or yin.
To me, a guy's guy type of guy is a turn off. I think this is a real problem, at least in the United States.
Too much yang causes too many unnecessary problems in society and a lot of this has to do with ego.
I urge all men to partake in things feminine ,start understanding, acknowledging, and expressing their feelings, stop being so practical, and stop trying to be superman.

We are a society of two men. On one side there's the guy raised by a single mother who doesn't know how to raise a son. Babys him, gives him everything he wants and refuses to let him take the responsibility of becoming a young man. He grows up confused and becomes a punk or some variation of one.
Then you have the other guy, who is so insecure he has to listen to 10 rap cd's a day and degrade women when ever he gets a chance so that he can feel like a man.
SOmehwere in the middle are the real men... the others, their just phucked up!

I married one, I love it, they're so sensitive to your needs. Girls shouldn't say they don't like it or it's a tragedy because if American girl don't crave autonomy and indepences, society will never give birth to a feminized man, they're the better version of American man. Who helps to do chore and offer to cook around the house.

The acceptance of homsexuality is softening the outlook of people. The whole metrosexual thing is really giving me the blues. A man can take care of himself without looking and cting like a girl.

I think that America makes too big of a deal about it. We're the only ones that really seem to care if the men we work around or live around are a little girly or not. None of the other countries really seem to care.

Ugh.....I like theater, I like long hair sometimes on men, however,
I enjoy men being, dressing, and acting manish. Call me old
fashioned.....however, my son is just the most sensitive guy....I
have to admit, I do enjoy this sensitive manliness...he is everything
a mom is proud of in a son. So a lot of qualities, I consider to
be more feminine......it's hard to comment......cause I sure have
dated and left a lot of rednecks! I just am not prejudice I guess.

Plain progress. It started in 17th century with all the make up, frills, earrings and wigs. It continues with the cologne, sharp dressing and the 'bling' nowadays. Cavemen never quite make a full comeback, as no one is that impressed any more!

I say that it's an odd thing but it's perfectly normal, we have been witnessing it for ages, it's just becoming more wide spread as the years progress.
