still live inside the womb and move around and it not have a heartbeat

Unfortunately I had a demise at 27 weeks and I swear I was still feeling the baby move around. I found out later though that the baby had passed a week before. At only 27 weeks, the baby was small in size and had lots of room to 'swim' around. When you move, so does the baby. When you lie down, the baby shifts. All this movement can trick a mom but in reality, it sits in the womb until detected and moves because you do. No heartbeat - no life! Sorry dear!

If this has happened to you or someone you know - my deepest sympathies and remember to continue to press on.

If it does not have a heartbeat, it is not alive, and therefore cannot move around or live in the womb.

If there is no heartbeat, the baby is dead, unless of course it is in the first few months when it's still forming. If, after it is already formed and the organs are developed, and there is no heartbeat, the baby is DEAD. =,-( How sad, I know. There are some cases where women actually give birth to dead babies!! =( Aww!
So I guess 'no' would be the answer to your question.

No, I don't think so, if there is no heartbeat it's not alive. Therefore how could it move. Are you pg and there is no heartbeat? If so then have you seen a doc about it?

If the baby does not have a heart beat then it is dead and therefore would not be moving around.

If the heart isn't beating the fetus isn't moving.

no. If you jump, the baby would 'slosh' around, but woulnd't move.. .all nerves die within hours of a death in any living thing... Not a chance.
