Wolverine would win. He heals faster and Jason is too slow.

Wolverine. He can't lose his weapons if he's not fighting Magneto, and he'd cut Jason into so many pieces it'd take him about 35 years to come back to life.

Wolverine of course. Pardon me if I get too gross, but given his temper, he would get frustrated, go nuts and use his claws and behead him. He would just nip it in the bud and fix it where Jason wouldn't make a return appearance.
