no, it was scientifically proven on the discovery channel show: MythBusters that it cant
speakin of mythbusters, there was the christmas special, the myth where they tested different substances to stop pine needls from falling off the tree, one of the things they were testing were hair spray, also some other stuff that i forgot, but they also tested a little blue pill (quote): "how can i say this on national tv? uhh, Mommy's little helper? maybe. santa's little helper?" said the girl, who was trying to explain what it was
