First off, I think you should begin using a mild astringent... especially before bed. In the mornings when you shower, use a plain bar of Dove soap... scrub your face very well with that. Mid day or when you get home, clean your face with the astringent (Johnson & Johnson --- organge like liquid, clear & purple bottle). Also, you may consider going to the tanning bed a couple times a week... at first that may cause your breakout to increase, but it will help over the long run. It dries up the acne and keeping your face extra clean, removing excess oil can only help. If you find that your drying out to much, cut back on using the astringent.

I had bad ance and I used Clinique -- the bar soap "mild" and it works really, really well. wash your face twice a day. Don't touch your face. Wash your pillow case. Clinique also has some other products but it's kinda expensive for all of them...the bar soap alone is like $12 and it comes with a plastic case so you can keep it in the shower if you want and it won't get alll soggy! I just used the bar soap and it worked for me. -- Accutane can cause some serious side effects....liver problems, kidney problems, depression etc... Not to mention birth defects...even from the male sperm...look it up before you decide on that, it is very affective some of my friends used it...but it comes at a high cost.

A couple things might work but everyones skin is differant. I did not start getting acne until I was in my late 20's and it has been a battle ever since. Panoxyl Bar is one thing that really works it can be found in the skin products section of any major store you just really have to look for it. It is a medicated bar of soap in a white and blue box. Also if you have a doctor he can prescribe you various antibiotics in the pill form that are specifically to fight bacteria and infections on your skin wich helps for all parts of your body not just your face. Your diet also helps lots of green vegetables help the skin clear up.

I used to have really bad acne as a teenager. I use a 3 step system by L'Oreal. There is a cleanser, toner and lotion to use. I recommend using a daily toner that has vitamins and is soothing to your skin. The toner I use for that is by L'Oreal and comes in a green bottle. You have to keep up with it on a daily basis. I wouldn't use accutane. My mom was on accutane and it made her face worse and stayed really bad for months. My mom uses a 3 step system now and her face looks better than ever.

Keep your hands off your face, eat healthy (fruits and veggies), and stay away from fast food and sweets. Drink water ONLY (or seltzer), NO SODA. Try to lower your caffeine intake, mainly to lower your stress levels (very important). Whenever you wash your hands (frequently) clean your face as well, even if this means using the damp towel from drying your hands (as long as the towel is clean too). I've also included a reall nice site for health and beauty questions below.

Well it doesn't look all that bad, I think best thing to do is to see a dermatologist, because they specialize in skin problems....so they'll be able to help you with your acne.
Here are some tips to clear up your skin
Drink plenty of water
Eat healthy
And just stick with a face product, because it takes a while for you to see results so hang in there.

make sure you wash your face daily.
when you wake up, and before you go to bed.
Don't use any moisturizers...that'll just make it worse..
If you think it's really out of control, then see a dermatologist.
It's all about finding the right product for your face.
Neutrogena and Clean&Clear both have really good acne treatments that won't dry out your face.
Just try different products till you find the right one.
Avon also has some good, cheap stuff, that's mild.
