You did not say why you feel so sad and helpless. I am so sorry you feel this way since I have felt that way in the past. Try to find a trusted person that you can talk with or maybe a pastor or counselor. Having Jesus as my Lord and Savior has filled the void for me. He will never leave you or forsake you. I have also found that when I reach out to others and try to bring happiness to their lives that saddness disappears when I think of others. Seek out someone with whom you can exptess your feelings. truly a bad way to feel , I was feeling the same way a couple of days ago and thought life was just not going to get any better, I reached out for help and it worked. Some times we get derailed and life feels like all nine trains have jumped the track, all you can do is watch. But even if they derail think of the team that helps with the rescue and clean up. Don't let it derail stop it and get a conductor to help you drive for a awhile there is no shame in seeking out help and asking for a break when life is cruel, and it can be a cruel journey at times. Keep your chin up my friend and know that the sun always shine back on your face another day!

I do feel sad and helpless.A Police officer was hit to day in the line of duty. I Prayed. BUT i feel so helpless. HE has family.

Yea... I sorta have a broken heart. I don't necessarily feel helpless. but I have lost all hope and faith. Life sux at this point.. Sorry if this doesn't cheer u up but it wasn't meant to . I just wanted to answer your questions and tell you what was on my mind.

I used this earlier tonight... I hope you find peace.
One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking along
the beach with the Lord.
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene, he noticed
two sets of footprints in the sand,
one beloning to him and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the
very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it.
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life there is
only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when I needed you most
you would leave me."
The Lord replied "My precious, precious child,
I love you and would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffereing,
when you see only one set of footprints in the sand,
it was then that I carried you."

Yes, im feeling so sad and helpless because i have no friends n all, its really hard, and i feel like jumping out of the window and die, and i hope HEAVEN EXISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Yes, I feel that alot. Best thing to do is get out, and keep busy with family, and friends. Or talk to God in prayer, for he will listen to the honest hearted ones, who need his help.

Yes...me...it's coz of work...and transition in life...Im not really sure whatis right or wrong and which is the right path for me.... Im so sad that it's beyond tears....
