in some (rnb/hip hop)songs i listen to there always talking about someone on there two way or something like that i figured it was a telecomunication device of some sort lol exactly what is it??

It's a nextel capability in their phones. They allow you to talk "two way" like a walkie talkie without actually dialing them in.

its like a walky talky, or is. Its a way to evade self incrimination. through wireless communication.
If tha po po iz bugging your phone you can talk bout anything on the two way and as far as there concerned your MIA.
