Although ME is not widely used any more, nor supported. You can get updates by going to the link below. I found 148 updates were available for Windows ME.

Good luck. I'd also recommend upgrading to XP.

So far I can't seem to find any unoffical Service packs for Windows ME. But depending on your system Windows XP would be a way to go. But if you can't run windows XP just use windows 98se with a unoffical service pack. Remember Microsoft does not support 95 98 98se ME anymore. The service pack for 98se is http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Unofficial_Windows_98_SE_Service_Pack/1083536650/1

I hope this helps

You need to go to Windows update site, but I think Microsoft has stopped producing updates for '98 and ME, except for critical security updates

Get UBUNTU or XUBUNTU, they are free, reliable and up to date operating systems. Plus you gain access to thousands of programs (including the award winning OpenOffice) created by the open source community.

Get rid of Windows ME...it is an unstable piece of crap. Upgrade to Windows XP and your system will run much better and you will be much happier.
