Just practice your hand eye coordination at first, like throwing it in the air and catching it, or have a friend help you out. Practice makes perfect

well u should have the coach help u out? n if he doesnt do that hes not a good coach, but i would either go on da internet and download some videos on it? buy a video about it to teach u how 2 play it? or have on ur team work with u and teach u how to play it alot better?

I used to play and to catch a ball you just have to get your glove in front of it. and to throw, well...step the foot opposite of the arm you throw with towards where your throwing

Start with the lightest weight bat you can find. Take a few swings and see if it is comfortable. Change your bat selection as neccasary.
