The computer, because you can have a computer without internet, but you can't have internet without computer This includes mobile cell phones with internet access, because the phones are mini computers

Flawed question here. If you are asking what is better a computer with Internet access or a computer without, clear the answer is with.
These days a computer that isn't connected to the Internet (or some form of network) is nearly useless.
As Sun used to say: "The network IS the computer"

internet, you can use it for numerous purposes, you don't necessarily need a computer for surfing the net you can do so through your mobile too! You can be mobile too. But if you don't have a laptop, your computer will make you stay put in one place only! Ofcourse, you can access internet better on your computer!

They are not a one or the other.
They both do quite different things.
In fact, you won't get the internet without a computer hooked to it.
