I assume you are asking how to remove a bankruptcy from your credit history> Once a bankruptcy (Chapter 13, or Chapter 7) is filed with the court of jurisdiction and the filing is obtained by the credit bureau it will become part of your personal credit file for 7-10 years from date of discharge and cannot be removed unless ordered by the bankruptcy court. Many consumers obtain credit subsequent to their bankruptcy before the mandatory reporting period is over. This is usually at a higher rate of interest because of the risk. Time is the only thing that will eventually take care of the reporting requirement.

I'm not sure what you mean by "remove" a bankruptcy. If you filed for Chapter 13, you can dismiss the case at any time. If you filed a Chapter 7, you would need to file a motion with the court for dismissal.

If you mean removing it from a credit report, you cannot. It will be on your credit report for 10 years.

You don't. You wait 10 years or so and then it disappears from your credit history.
