are there vets who specialize in getting animals "in the mood?" if so, i desperately need to know what they are called! thank you...

Veterinary Obstetrician - who take care of birth
Veterinary Gynecologies - who takes care of female reproductive system oriented problems.
Veterinary Sexologist - who takes care of sexual problems.

The medical terminology is common for humans and animals. For animals, add vet as a prefix, just like I did.
