Your crested is just a baby - he's probably interested in food that moves! Give him some small crickets (these should be a size that would fit between his eyes) or small mealworms - don't use if they're dark in color, give him the lightest colored, softest bodied ones you can get. If you feed baby food, try to use what he may have been getting before you bought him - they don't like changes in their diets.

In new surroundings, he's probably very stressed right now. Don't try to handle him, make sure his temps are good, and other than giving food & water, just let him settle in.

How long have you ever had it? How oftentimes do you carry it? additionally, babyfood extremely isn't solid for crested geckos... you may purchase some Repashy Crested Gecko weight loss plan. Cresteds now and back do no longer consume for each week or 2 once you first get them, and the greater you handle them the greater under pressure out they may well be. My suggestion may well be to bypass away it on my own and get it some CGD. it extremely is going to consume at last.

I would recommend that you feed him live food. Live food can consist of crickets, locust, silkworms and occasional waxworms. Livefood should be gutloaded with an appropriate nutritious diet prior to use. Also make sure your temperature range of 70-85 degrees. He is probably just a little stressed from the change, I think he'll be ok soon. Good luck.

Many reptiles don't eat for several days after being moved, it is not abnormal for him not to be eating yet. But if you are worried, try raising the temperature in the cage, and try giving him some small live crickets
