I think one of the most under rated movie of our time is The Truman Show. The implication that we are all just a tiny part of a much greater whole that we can't even conceive is a universal idea that has been observed over the ages. The same is true for The Matrix.

I want to say Harry potter, but I think that there were better done movies. Million dollar baby was pretty damn good, and Lord of the Rings was so well done.
Godfather though would have to be the one I go with.

6. Eight below (because it made me cry)
7. The Champ (again because it made me cry)
8. The Queen
9. wedding crashers
10.any National Lampoon movie starring Chevy Chase.

It depends on what you mean by best.If you're talking majority taste,then Titanic.It's got romance,comedy,class,action,etc... Something for everyone...except the cynics.Now,if you're talking about the "film snobs"(Don't be offended if you are one...I'm a bit of one myself.),then I'd go with pretty much all of Kubrick's stuff.Especially 2001:A Space Odyssey.
