Usually when people have been in a relationship for a while, they get comfortable and let their look become more "relaxed." If they start dressing WAY more attractively out of the blue, you know some thing's up.
They start to care more about their personal appearance. They might start working out.. They'll shower more.. they'll wear more perfume/makeup/revealing clothes (for women) or cologne/clean clothes/shave/haircut (for men)..
They may develop an attitude like acting as if they're suddenly better than you for no apparent reason.
If they look, act & smell like they're trying to attract attention, they probably are.

That he's suddenly quiet and distracted when he's with you, beats around the bush, always looking paniced when he's out in public with you, is getting a bit lazy with wanting sex, in another way he could seem happier than usual, because theres something different happening in his life and sex seems different and ...strange.

They put a lock on their cell phone and don't leave it lying around.
Get nervous if you pick it up, all calls, text's ect are always cleared.
