Okay so heres the problem. I need help with two pictures and making them into one. I dont want to combine them. I want one picture to be in one side and the second picture to be in the other half. Get it. half and half. plz help!

The quickest and easiest way I know is to past them into powerpoint or word. then you can trim them with the pop up picture formatter. just trim and size to what you want.
after you have them together, got to drawings group

I'm not sure what the details of the pictures are...if they are small then and you don't have photoshop you can:
Arrange them in msWord.
Make sure they both fit on the screen
Press the printscreen button.
Paste the picture in msPaint
Crop it to just the size of the pictures
Save
Photoshop?
open one pic
increase the canvas size to width and height of the second
open the second
copy then paste it to the first pic
move it into place
save

put the picture on a scanner and do them they way you want picture to come out or get Paint Shop Pro

photoshop, painshop pro ... basically any image editor can do that, even MsPaint can do it. Just hit start, then run, then type in the box: mspain ... then hit enter.
