The meta refresh tag will redirect the browser to another location after a set period of time (15 secs as in the case of the example)

You don't need a script. This tag in the head of your file will cause an immediate redirect: .

You can change the zero to the number of seconds before the redirection, if you want to display a message telling the user what's going on.

You could just use a META tag for the page to do this. It goes something like this;



This code is placed in the section of the page. The "refresh" tells the page to reload. CONTENT="0" tells it to reload immediately. and the URL= tells it what page to reload.
