Mp3s from WMP?

I have Windows Vista and i cant figure out how to turn the music files i have on WMP into MP3s.. i would like to upload them to a website but they wont except them, because they arent MP3s?? Can someone help?

Get an Mp3 converter, like IMTOO mp3 converter. You can download it off bittorent illegally or buy it =]
