Do these people not take the time to read a bit of history before they come up with these comparisons?

No....they are idiots....when they have no good argument...it's always compared to "the wall" or you're called a racist or anti immigration....it's the mind of the small thinker.

Berlin wall was built to keep people in . Our wall will be built to keep people out like the great wall of China.

In order for it to be comparable to the Berlin wall the US and Mexico would have to be the same country. Now, unless I missed something relatively big and important... that hasn't happened.

How wrong could they all be? Berlin Wall indeed?! Huh!

It is much more like to the security monster between Isreal and the West Bank; primarily built to humiliate and generate economic hardship under the blanket of security, which people are rarely brave enough to question.
Sleep well!

Well of course they're different - one wall was to keep people in, the other to keep people out.

The joke is that it wasn't/won't be effective in either place.

I agree, if they do build a wall between, it is for protection. If you want to come into the US, do it legally.

No, Because Liberals don't care about the truth. They take a feel good answer, repeat it over and over and it becomes truth to them. Sad but true!!
