Please explain who you thought it was....

I have had a few experiences with ghosts but most were fleeting glimpses. One though was not a fleeting glimpse. I was 13 years old. I had just moved to Italy with my dad. My mom died when I was 9. One evening I went to bed as usual. I closed my eyes then had the sense that a light was on. I opened my eyes and sat up and standing at the foot of my bed was my mother. She was dressed in white and had a glow about her. She was a natural blond with blue eyes. As she stood before me I focused on her hair and the blueness of her eyes. She sat on the edge of the bed and laid her left hand on my legs. She reassured me that everything would be ok and that she would always be close by, watching over me. I laid down just taking her in then she told me it was time for me to go to sleep, to close my eyes. I didn't want to but I did as she told me....I felt her hand lift off of my legs and when I opened my eyes a minute later she was gone. I never told my dad but did share this with my great aunt - she cried, I cried and she held me so tight and told me I was lucky to receive such a visit. I know it was not a dream but the real thing...such a gift.

Yes...the first time, it was a little boy, I could see him pretty clearly, but we still haven't found out why he's there and he is an intelligent haunt, meaning he interacts with you. The last time was pretty recently. I woke up because I heard my door creak, and it never creaks. I saw a black, smokey, fog above my bed. I couldn't move and I tried to scream, but only little gasps came out of my mouth. Then, I felt like I was under water, because my ears started popping, like landing in an airplane, and I heard like a breeze brushing past my ear. I have no idea who it could have been. Some people think it's the devil and it's a warning sign, but, knock on wood, I'm still safe.

I have been visited by various ghosts...but I did not try to place a name on them for I know they were not famous. I have never been visited by any family members, or at least not any family members that I have known personally. Maybe ancestors from decades past...

yes i have, i know i joke around a lot here latty, but yes i have ,,first time was my dad, he die,an left of in a hardship,,, the, latter on, at the side of our bed, a old indain cheif was standing be side me, he wore a full head dress with baer cawl,,, he said nothing ,the turn an was away

my mom died 5yrs ago and at night the tv bangs and weird noises come not all the time,then the phone rings and i say hello 3 times then the operator says if your gonna make a call hang up,,i call star 69to get the number 'but it is blank i know in my heart it;s her.when ir rings 3or4times in a row i say mom i love and miss you so much,,,she died unexpectedly,,,,,,
