All video games have their minimum system requirements listed at the back of the case. So before you buy any video game, look at them or you will end up with games that you can't play on your PC.

Most video games do not require a DVD drive and a CD drive is enough. More recent video games that are sophisticated and have awesome graphics will require a DVD drive. The main considerations for video games are the operating system, CPU (type and speed), memory (RAM) capacity and video card capability.

For 2006 FIFA World Cup, the (minimum) system requirements are Windows 2000/XP, Pentium 4 1.0 GHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 32MB DirectX 9.0 compatible 3D video card, Windows compatible sound card, keyboard, mouse and DVD-ROM drive.

This means that you can't install and play the game on your PC.

You need to have at least the following for FIFA:

CPU: 1300Mhz
Geforce 3 or ATI Radeon 7500 or higher Video Card
256MB RAM
1 GB of HDD space
Windows 2000 or newer with DirectX 9.0c

Iam noit sure how fast your Celeron is, but even if you meet system minimums the game will run rugged.

Well, the Celeron can probably do okay, but a Pnetium or better is recommended.

Look on the sides and bottom of the game's box. It will tell you what thje minimum and recommended specs are.

Looks like you might not need a DVD-ROM. I'd give the demo a try and see if you can upgrade license to full version. There is also a link to test your system to see if it will run the game.

mmmm, good question my friend. well you would first have to see if you graphics could support it. you can easily find out the minumum one required by checking online. if you know what card you have great. if you dont, just go to My Computer, and right click on properties. then go to the tab that says hardware and click on device manager. look at your display driver and see if it matches the one it says on the box. as for your processor, i believe that it can handle it. if you're really not sure send your specs to me at trickky4ever@yahoo.com. just obtain the tech specs on device manager. remember the main things for pc gaming are proccesor, graphics, RAM, and thats about it. good luck =]
