Call the police, they will escort him out the door! Court if you want to seriously get him out! If you were married he might have vested interest but if he is a BF and the papers do not contain his name he would not have a chance. He may try to counter sue you for money back but I do not think he would win a dime. Either way you will need a lawyer unless you can settle in small claims court.

There is only one way to get him to move out.. Call the cops and tell them you two broke up and you want him to leave cause the house is in your name.
But if he takes it to a judge , depending what state you live in you might have to pay him some money back that he has put towards the taxes and mortgage....So if he can prove he paid these things for you ..you'll have to pay him back.

You take the high road - contact a storage place that delivers the bin to your home. You move all of his stuff into it. Don't break anything, be respectful of his stuff.
Pay the first months storage. Give him a check for @ first and last months rent plus cleaning deposit. You said he paid the house payment (I'd consider that as his rent and the taxes (I would call that an investment) --- so the 1st and last sounds fair to me.
Say Good bye and change the locks, clean break, no booty calls.
Good Luck and God Bless you both.
If he becomes a problem - restraining order.

Well I think that it could be looked at like he would have had to pay rent. I don't know since he has been paying the taxes too. But since it is your house and its in your name I think he has to go. I would go down to your police station and ask them or go get a restraing order and put all his stuff outside at least 50 feet from the door and put the restraining order on the top of his stuff. and when you see him pull up call the police right away so they will be there to see to it that he leaves with no problem.

If you want to know how to get your boyfriend to move out of the house you both share, depends on what State you live in. If as you say that your name appears in the deed, but your boyfriend paid for the mortgage and Taxes. If you lived in the State of Texas, then he has rights on that property you both share, or he can compromise and he will accept that you pay him back what he has paid up to date on it. If he decides that he wants you to sell it and divide it in two then it would be better that way because after you sell it he goes his way and you go your way too. I hope that you both will come to agree and come to terms as to what is better for both of you. Remember that it is his house too, not only yours.

The legal way is to give him a 7 day or 30 day eviction notice, if he is not gone by then go to the court house and file eviction on him. Sure you can go about other ways to make him leave, but if he wants to be a problem then he can take you to court. also you can not move his belongings from your house with out properly evicting him. You can call your court house to find out where to pick up a landlords rights hand book, that might help.

If he isn't on the house title call the cops and have them "escort" him out. Of course he can turn around and sue you for the payments and taxes he has paid. So it's your call.
