Just take it one step at a time.......gradually begin planning for the prom so that when it finally gets here, you won't be all stressed about it...you'll get there and have a great time. As for those test, I don't think they give you any information to study but when the day comes to take the test...just make sure you have a good breakfast and try to stay focused. When I was in high school I hated those test b/c seemed like they took forever and some of them were even timed test which was even more aggravating. My best advice for you is to just chill out and enjoy high school you don't realize how good you've had it until all of those great friends you had in high school are gone off to different colleges and you are left to make new friends all over again...which can be sometimes stressful once you're in college. *smile*

Enjoy high school while you can. College is stressful and its very difficult to force yourself to get up and go to class when you know you dont "have to." As for prom...it is wonderful. After high school you can say goodbye to getting to wear those pretty dresses and looking all fancy. Make high school your social time. Use it as a way to socialize with your friends, and make it fun.

trust me sweety...you'll be looking back on these years VERY fondly when you are out in the working world! it may be hard to imagine but you'll someday look back on how lucky you were to not have to worry about things like car payments, rent or food! i know you've probably heard it plenty of times from ur parents (and are sick of of it!) but time does go by slower when ur younger and seems to fly when ur older. all's i can say is enjoy the wonderful benefits you have being a young, well-off, american with her whole future in front of her! when it gets tough imagine being a 15 y/o bride in a forced wedding in some backwards country! you've got it great!

Nothing anyone says will make things better, before you know it your whole high school career will be over, and you'll be in my shoes 7 years out of high school thinking, "Where did the time go" Cherish every moment you have because once your out of school real life hits and you can never go back!

honey if you have junior itis(which is something I have never heard of) you are NEVER going to make it throught your senior year. I found that for my senior itis things that helped were taking random days off to just relax, and scheduelingas much ffriend time as I possibly could.
