About two weeks ago, I got hit on my right cheek with a baseball, a HUGE lump grew on my face, protruding about an inch. The lump went away quickly and the next day I had some brusing and swelling on my face. About a week later, the discoloration is going away (my face is sort of yellow), the swelling has gone down and my face looks normal. HOWEVER, where that lump grew originally, I still felt the lump and it moved a bit, but doesn't really hurt. It's not really noticeable, but when I touch it, there is a bump. I don't think I fractured any bone...Well, it's been almost 2 weeks now, and the pain has subsided and the bruisy color has mostly faded. EXCEPT for this lump. The lump feels smaller...but it's really hard (like a bone) and it doesn't really hurt. Can my bone be displaced on my face? If not, is this normal for a bruise?

Sad to hear, but next time you get hit in your face, always get an ice pack and apply to your injury. This stops the swelling, and brusing. Than after a week or two try kool-n-fit or any solution that circulates the blood that will stop the discoloration of the black and blue (dead cells).

HI,

I landed really hard on the side of my face once. The swelling and brusing made the skin sensitive, and it felt like I had an extra bump but it was just because everything was very sensitive. When bones get hit they get tougher...

Yikes, sorry about your getting hit in the face. No fun! My guess would be a bit of blood that has yet to be assimilated into the body. Try not to mess with it or rub it all the time. It'll go down in a month or so.

nicely, one solid ingredient is that as quickly as we get a bruise, and the bruise starts off to turns that yellowish coloration? meaning it extremely is interior the final tiers of healing.yet,as for what you should do to hide your bruise from the girl you have a date with this coming weekend(wager it extremely is this weekend),is which you would be able to bypass to a tanning mattress, and tan approximately thrice. And,that should maximum in all danger help with the healing besides as hiding your bruise.yet,in basic terms overlaying your bruise with makeup,or concealer will no longer extremely hide the bruise. The makeup and or concealer will at last fade off the process your date, and over your artwork day,and easily to characteristic....it(the makeup/concealer) will probable be major.I propose...does no longer you notice if considered one of the different adult men on your artwork place have been to be donning makeup/concealer? i think of you may word that.top? in basic terms think of roughly going to a tanning mattress, and tan some circumstances till now this date, even till now artwork or maybe throughout your lunch harm. And if she happens to ask why your tanning? in basic terms tell her...you wanted some coloration..and you wanted to look solid for her.that often works...attempting to electrify the female you like. They(the female you like) consistently likes it whilst the guy she likes tries to 'provoke her'.in basic terms a theory, and an theory so you might think of roughly.greater useful than no longer something.top? solid success to you and that i'm hoping issues artwork out for the two considered one of you.Take care.

Ice packs on and off. Also vitamin k cream. As far as something being dislodged because of being hit if possible. But, who is going to pay to fix it? I have been hurt in my ribs real bad and it healed on it's own. There are alot of information on the Internet. And, like that one lady said ask your parents.
